The drivers that are installed with OS 10.9 or 10.9.1 for the ATTO H380 and H680 are not compatible with the Avid VideoRaid SR and will corrupt the data on the storage array. VideoRAID SR: In addition to the issues listed below, Avid has identified a critical issue with the ATTO driver that installs with OS 10.9 and 10.9.1.dmg first before installing v7.0.3 or v6.5.4.1.
When upgrading to v7.0.3 or v6.5.4.1 you must use the uninstaller that is included with the v7.0.3 or v6.5.4.1 installer.
IMPORTANT: If you have an earlier version of Media Composer installed and you had upgraded to Mavericks already, the uninstaller in the Applications/Avid_Uninstallers/ folder will not work. For specific compatibility of specific Media Composer and Mac OS X releases, refer to the Media Composer ReadMe or the Avid Media Composer Documentation and Version Matrix. Media Composer 7.0.3 and 6.5.4.1 and later support Mac OS X 10.9.x. Registered owners can download EuControl for Artist Series from My Artist Series Account. If you are not able to update the OS, please see this article for a work-around. If you are experiencing this problem, please update the OS to the latest version. This issue was fixed in the update to Mavericks OS 10.9.2. Sibelius 7 and Sibelius 7 First were significantly slower on the original Mavericks OS. Sibelius 6.2 and later supports Mac OS X Mavericks. These older media formats can be played without conversion using QuickTime Player 7. QuickTime X: In OS X Mavericks, some older media formats, and those that require third-party codec components, are converted to H.264 or Apple ProRes when opened with QuickTime X.
Some Fast Track model driver uninstallers won't work on Mac OS X 10.9 which prevents uninstalling the Fast Track MKII and Fast Track USB drivers.
